I took this a week ago. Thanks to the MPC I was more motivated to get a shot of my best buddy. The next day things started getting bad, and the short of it is that I couldn't post in time for the MPC. I'm glad to share it and it's probably better to not worry about whether it would have been chosen. One of his last pictures.

I put this mallet aside last week and it caught my eye.
Used a Casio Exilim.. that's a P&S I'm guessing












yeah, I know these are three shots of the same thing...I liked the stark reality and was trying to capture what I saw...still didn't get it right

that's exactly the feeling the owner was going for and I can't take the credit. It's an octagon house allowing interesting light at every moment of the day.
The shot(s) are not about the home, not about any workmanship. The random placement caught my eye in a near breath taking moment (sounds gay, i know)
There's a way the light falls on this during the day that I'd like to capture. I haven't gotten it right yet and think I'll keep working at it.
