Sounds fun! I'm in. I thought I saw the original, but I guess I was confusing it with Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow with Angelina Jolie. Now I HAVE to watch Iron Sky (from 2012). Just found it free on Amazon Prime FWIW.

Being a fan of the 1st one, i was a little disappointed with this one. Was ok i guess, but not as much fun as the 1st.

If you fools are fans of Nazis and dinosaurs, try and track down the Aussie series Danger 5...

Watched first 2 episodes of the Witcher last night. A bit hokey at times, but honestly really enjoying it so far!

Episode 2 definitely ended on a high note with this jam by the bard:

This is a very perplexing show: the basic concept of blind faith makes me cringe, but they've taken a more tricksy approach to it, seeming to imply that faith in oneself is where it's at. I like the plot line so far, and really appreciate the character development. It's interesting, however, how much the RT reviewers hate it.

The BBC “Dracula” miniseries starts out strong. Campy as hell, and stays pretty true to the source material, until... well, until it doesn’t...

I almost got through this in a single sitting. Excellent story and acting all around. But, I found it odd that two Italian mooks were cast as Irishmen.

I guess scorcese and team figured this was their last reunion

I'm half-way though Medical Police, which I'm not liking nearly as much as the brilliant Children's Hospital that it spins off from, but it's still pretty good as lightweight silliness.

I saw the film in the theaters and enjoyed it.

But I kept wondering "Where the f&*k is Harvey Keitel?"...

Started watching Lost in Space with my kiddo on the recommendation of a friend. It's pretty well done and suspenseful, if you accept that there will be last minute escape after last minute escape. It could use a little more humor, but it's been enjoyable.

Thanks for the recommendation. Really enjoying this.

End of episode two is a WTF moment. Interested to see what happens next.

In the queue as I read your post. Starting now.

Holy shit. Messiah rocks. Love the way Biblical prophecies are being laced throughout it.

Just finished ep. 3......eight hours later, I just binged the first season. Loved it.

Killer Inside. The Aaron Hernandez series starts off strong. Episode 1 was good. Pretty peculiar set of circumstances.
