Versailles is addictive. Not sure how much is historically correct, but very entertaining.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 --- The Return ---

    S1:E4 "Avalanche"

The funniest one I've seen since the original MST3K series.

Chris Rock’s new special was ok compared to his old specials. He gets pretty personal about his missteps in life.

It was ok, but no where near his best material. Also, his trademark grin was hugely distracting because he is really starting to look like the Joker when he does it

Watched the first two of James Acaster's four-part series Repertoire last night. I love discovering comics like this. Made me uncomfortable and bewildered whilst also laughing my ass off. Incredible storytelling, recall, timing, delivery, and subject matter. Kind of felt like a British Bo Burnham. Highly recommend.

    More British funny.

Not on Netflix but full episodes are on YouTube.

Cunk on Britain - Philomena Cunk takes us on a journey right up Britain's history, to discover who we really are, how we got here and why.

Episode one is painful so far, every character is an asshole, except maybe one or two of the kids. I’ll give it one more episode, but fuck this is tedious.

I finished the series earlier this week. I never really got into the series. I really didn't care much about the characters particularly the boy, and some of the scenes were annoying to me.

^^^ Agreed; the writers made no effort to make the characters sympathetic at all. Just boring caricatures. I got through two episodes; that’s enough. Next.

YES! Avalanche should almost be required viewing for TGR folks.

I'm kinda getting into the terror. I've gotten about 45 minutes into the first episode of Lost in space. probably will hang for the whole thing, but only because as a grade school student in the early 70s it was on after school like every freakin day.

How they could fuck up something with Parker Posey in it is beyond me. Sad.

The Chalet is good; creepy French mystery. Only 6 episodes, worth a watch.

Watched the first three episodes of the Alienist: Definitely a solid series, but the actors are the real draw. Still not sure about Dakota Fanning in her role, though I'm warming to it. 1800's CSI.

Call me crazy, but I liked the Lost in Space reboot. Story lines were over the top at times, but it was some good wholesome fun. Effects were decent. Characters have grown on me.
