Video TR: Fourth of July in the La Sals
Quick edit - fun times... not as much riding as I'd like, but hell - with work and catching the plague early in the week, I'm just glad I made it out there and kept both lungs...
Some strange audio artifacts in there... will re-export at some point, but whatever. Hope someone finds the video fun...

What's up with the color at around 1:52?
Did you try to selective desaturate some of that?www.dpsskis.com

Sweet video Brett! And sweet van!
Best Moab camping is in the La Sals, IMO. Are there a lot of trails up there, or is that just Burro/Hazzard?"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ

Nice! that was great.
Couple vid questions... What did you use to edit? For the timelapses in the beginning, did you shoot stills or just speed it up on the video to give it that effect? Just curious. Thanks and nicely done.

were you camped up near warner campground/lake? I spent some time out there just down the road from warner CG. building trails with the SCC. I think we were working on the hazard trail but its been a few years.

safety first...
I used iMovie. I just cut lots of little clips together and sped them up as fast as I could. Came out okay. iMovie works really well for quick little projects like this.
This time we camped up near Geyser Pass. Big aspens up there. Really pretty.

Looks like you had great camping and riding.
Not trying to rush through summer, but I'm looking forward to riding down Moab way when it's not 110 in the shade.A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
