I believe I noticed a reference to season 2 coming. I hope they got the ratings they needed. I liked it.

I loved it, but that was an annoying way to end the season. Maybe that's when Bridges got so sick.

Looking for new series to watch

Blackbird on Apple + is really good. Kind of Goodfella turned snitch meets a creepy Buffalo Billperv.

Agree; fascinated at how poor the audience reviews are on RT.

GOT prequel drops tonight on HBO. I'm going in with low expectations, unless the surprise the shit out of me and give the dragons interesting, if flawed, personalities.

Looking for new series to watch

Edge of the Unknown with Jimmy Chin is a great little series on Nat Geo.

The kayaking in the Congo episode is brutal.

A few episodes into season 1 of Acapulco. Call it a Mexican "Red Oaks" - 1980's nostalgia, life lessons, very sweet.

Lat week’s episode of White Lotus I couldn’t quite place Tanya’s husband, googled it and found he was Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

Hadn’t seen ND in 20 years, so we watched it with our youngest last night. (11). That movie is timeless and still hilarious. Gosh!

The writing, the characters, the acting, they're all so good. I'm sure it's been mentioned in this thread somewhere but Sharon Horgan was awesome in Catastrophe, which she also wrote. Bummer that show never got picked up again.

    Catastrophe was so good.

Flea Bag was great as well.

White Lotus is a slow burn, I miss Armad from season 1, he was hilarious.

Acapulco is also good, much lighter comedy and fun to watch. The Mexican duo performing 80’s classics is spectacular.

They're a Greek chorus, which is hilarious in itself.

Downton Abbey is a British period drama that won a Golden Globe for best drama mini-series in 2012. It begins in pre-World War I England, right after the sinking of the RMS Titanic.

Inventing Anna on Netflix is well done. Shonda Rhimes series on Anna Sorokin.
