    steeze pizza

You never buy just a beacon. If I am going to dig your ass out you better have a shovel and probe also or I will cover you back up with snow.

    Pics as promised.

After some technical issues with some fritschis we were off.

    Sunny but windy up there.

    The turns didn't suck.

Techical difficulties return. Turns out these bindings were totally shot and have been replaced by black diamond as of about 2 hours ago. BIG UPS FOR GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS

    Little duct tape fixes everything.

Ride it to the road as per usual.

    It's may 12th.

noaa is saying 24 degrees tonight but 50 tomorrow. north faces still give up some good pow - just remember it is may. i skied bookends and sunday cliffs mostly today. snow consistency changes by the inch. the steeper pitches were usually the best. still pow to be had due to so few riders. regulator was chowder. peruvian was ok. the cirque was sweet on the north faces - great scotts etc. made the last tram and finished with a beach party before riding my thumb home. see ya tomorrow.

probly not, just because you never know what the weather'll be like up there. like to be able to just take it inside and hit the bar if necessary.

oh yes, don't remember leaving the bar one bit. i guess we had 3 rounds of car bombs, plus like 4 other mixed drinks and some beer and shots. keep in mind i wasn't allowed in till 12 and they stop serving at 1. ouch, but i didn't puke.

fuuuuuuuck hard to believe i got like 90 days at the bird and that wasn't even half of the season. don't expect to miss two months of lift served when you hurt yourself on april 30th.

I hurt myself on Dec 31...still skiing. I put off the surgery and deal with the pain until they stop spinning the lift...well...ill miss the last 2 extended weekends as I scheduled my surgery for the original Memorial Day closing date.
