Given the original post's description (what now, several years ago ?!), it looks like he could have rode down into Secret Bowl (a black/double-black bowl that is blue terrain), then right to the bottom by Pakalolo, but went left into the alternative Pakalolo entrance.

It could also be one of the Five Fingers entrances into Sudan, if he took the main entrance (which, given enough snow, can be wide and moderate before it narrows) and then cut above the cliff band on skier's left. But this also seems weird, and doesn't look like Sudan bowl as there's not enough rock and it's too wide looking.

I gotta admit, it's weird, but that flat, cube-shaped rock sure looks familiar. I'm going to hunt this mofo down.

^^ OK I had a look through my pics of the area and my bets are it's Pipeline outta' Secret Bowl, which is skier's right of Pakalolo.

Skiing, whether you're in Wisconsin or the Alps, is a dumbass hick country sport that takes place in the middle of winter on a mountain at the end of a dirt road.

    Okay I'll play...

Couloir Jager below the really freaky ice bulge where I learned to ice climb (with skis on the back up and DOWN) 2300 feet off the deck

Best turns ever, Hanging serac snowfield on the Aiguille du Midi

Nearing the top of Couloir Isolee

    Combe Maudit

    North Face, Aiguille d'Argentiere

Due to brittle 50-55 degree water ice and dull picks I opted to ski this instead of doing sketchy downclimbs on the north face. Couloir Barbey...

    Ultraviolet, Palisades, CA

    Third Pillar, Ca

    Palisade Crest, CA

    From below...

    In Bri We Trust, CA

Solving the lowest and final crux

Oh for One, Shralpine Grottos, CA (Note mac dre shirt)

    Pete's Dream, CA

Edge of the world, Pete's Dream, a few weeks later (Marlins represent!)

    Pinnacle Ridge, CA

Thats a start. Time to go play! And get spooked on more fun drip drops in!

    Edit to fix link

Not an entrace pic per se, but I like the idea so will try to take more of those photos next season. Here is a short (30 sec) entrance video - the tension building at the top while I waited for the clouds to clear and my friend (who is a much better skier than I) to gather his gear after a yard sale added to my elated reaction at the end.
