I'm not sure why PM Gear's logo is on a TGR jersey.... there's a very small percentage of people here who actually use their skis. I vote for no PM Gear, unless you're just talking about FKNA- in that case, it's cool.

We wanted to put FKNA on it, but it is trademarked by Splat, so we need to use that with the PMGear logo. If he doesn't get a high-res version to me before I need to submit the design, it will not be included.

I just received the Voler catalog in the mail the other day. Velowear.com is their web site. They have some semi-custom jerseys on sale for $39.95 and also can do very small quantities so could be worth a price comparison with some of the other companies mentioned.

I'll check it out.

Might try to frame "Maggot" on the back so the front and back are similar, also not crazy about the sleeves on this one. Might go with straight red with a black stripe or something.

I would like to put their logo on it, but nobody from there has contacted me back. I don't want to get into copyright infrigement violations. If someone has a contact there that can hook me up, I'd love to put it on the jersey.

Experimental thing, but what do you guys think of the mountains around the bottom of the front. They need to be cleaned up, but I think if they go all the way around the bottom it will pull the whole thing together.

I'd buy any of those. I kind of like the second one best, except I'd prefer that it didn't have any white on the sleeves, because white gets dirty and nasty looking.

edit to say I'm meh on the mountains. Cool idea, but I think it might look funny in real life.

This one is looking pretty nice! Suggestion: maybe try making the sprocket logo a touch smaller, maybe 80% of the current size?

The 5 nickels might look better under the arm rather than one one shoulder, to give the design more symmetry and look a bit cleaner overall. Even just putting "Change for a nickel" under both sides might work, to make the design less busy.

Not really feeling the love for mountains motif at the bottom.

This is my favotire so far. Id rather 5 pennies where maggot is personally. Despite I dont care what other people say on a trail, I have a feeling someone will just start yelling faggot, starting a fight and ending with a homicide

That is likely to be the final version. FKNA may or may not be included. There have been good arguments both for and against it.

I'd be ok with including other logos on the sleeves if anyone has something that they think should be represented, let me know. They will be small.

I will try to get the mountains matched up so they are even heights. Again, really digging how this is coming out.

Ok, now for the part where we talk about money. I'd like to go with Sugoi instead of champ-sys.

Price for the Long Sleeve DH Jersey is $61 (I only made the long sleeve because I figured that people would be more interested in that one since it offers more protection, but I can make a Short Sleeve if there is enough interest)
Price for the Roadie jersey (which I haven't finished yet, but will be nearly identical to the DH Jersey) is $55.

These are prices BEFORE shipping/handling/etc.

In my contact with Sugoi, they told me it was a 10-11 week turnaround for jerseys, which is a long time, and sucks, but this is their busy season. 10-11 weeks from now is end of June, beginning of July.

I'm going to spend time on Monday looking at setting up some sort of shopping cart web app thing through paypal or something. When I get it active, there will be an announcement. I'll have it active for a week to ten days before I order. I don't want to have extra merchandise laying around, so it will be whatever is ordered is what I will order.

If there is a HUGE issue with the prices, I will start looking around for somewhere cheaper, but these seem fairly reasonable and middle of the road from the research that I've done.
