So are we doing three months? From when? I probably won't do anything until next week anyways, so would be cool with Monday if that works for others.

Any volunteers to run the thing?
i guess it doesn't matter so much if there's no money involved.. which seems to be the consensus..

I signed up, put my starting weight, 221, in the spreadsheet. I need more motivation than I’ve got now. Not intersted in the money, but will pitch in if needed.
Been plotting my weight since 2005, was gaining weight steadily until moved back to Denver. Then lost weight quickly down to a plateau. One 3 week holiday trip back to Chicago and I gained most of the weight back.

Is this cheating???
My son got the stomach flu and while cleaning up the mess I caught it too. I lost about 4 pounds over 2 days. Granted there is probably nothing in my digestive tract and I'll gain it back quickly.

The key to winning this is to get a job doing landscaping/yard maintenance. I went from 160 down to 120 in three months due to a combination of dehydration and heatstroke 2-3 times a week. I was skinny.
I currently weigh 200, and no, i'm not playing this game. I like drinking too much.

I put in a good guess at my weight. Could be off by 5+lbs but it's a start. Looking to lose 15lbs. This will be the first summer since i was 15 (23 now) where I won't be installing/refinishing/repairing gymnasium floors. I'll miss making $14/hour while losing weight and getting in decent shape. Ohhhh well. All on me now.

i'm in. When is the weigh in exactly, what monday, tomorrow? The 19th?
I'd be in for 20 bucks...shit it's not much money and the pot could end up being rather big, which would be additionally motivating. Maybe something for 1st and 2nd place.
Adjust the thread title with the weigh in date etc. I'm afraid to weigh in. TG i'm a tall dude.
Who is going to spear head this shit, Steve? Do we track ourselves or how do you want to do that as well?

I think the date column is so you can weigh in when you like, could be wrong though

My weigh in comes tomorrow morning. I forgot. Drank beer today so tomorrow is a new day.

I'm in. Signed up for my 2nd El Vaquero Loco 25k in August. I'd like to finish it in less than the 6 grueling hours it took me last year. Shooting for 4 hours this year. Funny thing is, while I was running 20 miles a week last summer i was gaining weight! Gonna lay low on the carbs this year and see if that helps.

Ok bitches...its on. Getting ready for a run. I had always hated running my whole life. But I recently became disgusted with myself and decided it was time to take back control of my body. I have been trail running for about two weeks now and I am enjoying it. Dirt > Concrete.
