Viosport hooked me up
I trashed the cable on my POV1 during, lets say, questionable practices.I was just hoping that it was just the cable & not something more serious as it took a serious drubbing.I called them & Ian Mcleod,customer service senior associate, sent a used one for free that is in perfect condition as far as I can tell.It arrived in 3 days time & they even paid for the shipping.
This defines excellent customer service in my book. Their product is pretty bomber to say the least,Thanks Ian, you rule!Calmer than you dude

I had a similar expirience with VIO, they sent my cam back with free two day shipping!

I lost the a thumb screw to my mount, and was similarly impressed with their customer service. I emailed them about about it, the next day I had a response, and in 3 days the screw was in my mail box for free.

I bent the pins on my cable a month ago, and they still haven't sent me a new one after numerous calls/E-mails. Guess I'm doing something wrong....
