3 slides crossed the road. The one at the fire dept made it all the way to the cliff. There's a car upside down about 3/4 of the way between 210 and the access road. Shot some pics from a window in the spa bu its still hammering up here and you really can't see shit.

What do folks think are the probabilities of gates opening tomorrow at Alta?

I'm pulling the following wild guesses out of my ass from my perch on the EC to spur conversation and will appreciate informed estimates.

Backside (50%)
Catherines (75%)
Castle (50%)
East Castle (25%)

Or will it need to settle longer given all of the grauple and north side slides that we've been reading about?

Also, I reserved a spot on the 4-area Interconnect for Thursday. I know that Mags are pretty down on the Interconnect, but I'm planning on bringing my alpine gear (191 Lhasas that I've yet to devirginize) and think that it could be sweet?

I got snuffed! Slept over at the in-laws (Wasatch Resort in the canyon) to get first in line when the road starts moving. I figured out real quick this morning that I'd be spending the day at work after all. I say snuffed because getting up there tomorrow will most likely not be possible for me. Ahhhhhh!
