Wildsnow Dynafit toe mod doubles its retention strength!!!

Seems to be still in the beta testing stage. Not yet confirmed to be the cure for pre-release IMO.

I would be very concerned that this mod over stresses the springs. Some compression springs can be compressed until they bottom out, but most can't. Usually, if you compress them too much, they take a set and thus lose some of their stiffness, or worse crack over time and break.
I think it would be a much better idea for someone who knows what they are doing to take out the existing springs, measure them for size and spring constant, and spec a replacement spring with a higher spring constant.
I haven't had a problem with mine yet, or I'd be considering taking this on.
