Maggot Call to Action: Vote for my friend. Help him win a Snowcat trip.

Ok...a good ski buddy of mine is in the midst of an epic battle (via Facebook) to win a free snowcat trip via Snowforecast.com. Snowforecast tossed up a picture of a big 'ol orange snowcat on their Facebook page and asked people to come up with a name for the snowcat, and then people vote for the best name. My buddy came up with the lame ass name of "Tubbs", but for some reason this got him enough votes to be tied for the lead with two hours to go in the contest!!

The contest ends tonight (MIDNIGHT PST), and he's in a tight race and needs all the help he can get.

To help him earn your vote, here's some background info on him:

He's a skier. (the other person he's tied with is a snowboarder if that sways you on way or another )
He drinks PBR more than water
He's an honorary member of the Kirkwood crew.
His brother rides for the K2 Telemark team
He's good peeps, a diehard skier, who's never been snowcat skiing before and now this is his chance.

He's the guy in this short POV I put together who throws the gay-ass spread eagle



Here's what you have to do.....

IF you have a Facebook page

1. Go to http://www.facebook.com/snowforecast.com and click “Become a Fan” (you can un-add later)
2. Then scroll way down to "older posts" until you see OBIE MILLER
3. Click “Like” on his wall post where he named the snowcat "Tubbs" .... that's i...t.
4. The person with the most votes wins a snowcat-skiing trip in Idaho!
5. Maybe write a comment under his vote telling him to sack up and throw something more worthy than a spread eagle off a kicker

The dudes at Snowforecast.com are giving away another decent prize on Facesuck... I mean "Facebook": 4 nights at any one of the 300 properties Tahoe Deluxe manages in Tahoe. They have some cool pads!

Since my buddy won the snowcat trip above thanks to a lot of you, I thought I'd try to rally some maggot support for this latest popularity contest. Note: If I win, I plan on snagging one of their larger properties (6+ bedrooms) and any maggot is welcome to crash, hangout, ski, party, etc. We'd get 4 nights, to be used before April 25th, or so.
