I am quite sad to hear this. I knew CR from several adventures of partytimes.
My wife is quite saddened as well, she is a Rehab Neuropsychologist that specializes in head injuries and knew him too (no, she was not his doc).
RIP CR, you were one fun, easy going guy that skied his heart out.

I dont know what to say. His segments in Focused and ski movie 3 got me into skiing and freeskiing. I always heard so many great things. CR was a great skier and a great guy. Its just such a shame to see everyone not just loose one of the greatest skiers, but one of the greatest people

This is awful news. I remember C.R.'s injury in 2005, (a huge snow year), and the overwhelming support for his recovery at that time. He seemed humble for a young person with huge talent. My sincere condolences for his friends and family.

Even in death, CR you are an inspiration to the skiing world. This is one of those situations that hits close to home. Thoughts of positivity to CRJ's family and friends, and respect to SVSP. Life has changed once again...

RIP - definitely one of the pillars of the skiing community.
We've won it. It's going to get better now. You can sort of tell these things.

RIP CRJ
I got the chance to chill with him at the 7 sunny days premier a few years ago; he was talking about all the challenges and support he had from his initial injury, and how humbled he was.
Really down to earth dude.
Drinking a beer for him tonight
