One Pic TR: Skier Takes Flight

Todd Ligare--getting busy this morning. Colder than a witches tit, but well worth it. No dodging/burning around the skier on this one--just some crazy spindrift and Mother Nature worked her magic...

That picture needs a white border around it.... its amazing how dark the sky is, it almost blends in perfectly with the dark blue TGR background.

Seriously? No sharpening 300% with radius of 500px? If not, that is some amazing light and a really cool capture. Nice one!

That picture is worth the $.03 I now owe Splat.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

I think it was touched up, if not painted entirely. By no means does that make it any less cool though, I'm just sayin....

nice shot, but i call b.s. on claims that it wasn't lightroomed. no way for underside details on the skier to be so full of light without post-processing here. it would be impossible to get a shot like this on film.

it's a well-composed, but you should man up and call it a manipulated image, not some kind of "mother nature" magic.

I've seen enough of your pics to take your word for it; that's some crazy light & contrast.
