yeah, dirtbags are quality. we're passionate folks who love what we do. i think the passion stays even when what we love changes or expands. it can happen. believe it or not - i met an amazing maggette in a bar a few months ago. she's still amazing, and we even go to bars...
wait for it....

FUCK alpaca, that is bush league, Quivet is where it's at.
Now if you say you can't find any mountain men, I don't know about you and the girls anymore. You have been propositioned in both flattering and unflattering ways by HOW many mountain men? You have choices ranging from Alaska to Utah to CO to NH to points in-between.
Make up your mind woman...Our world is full of surrender at the first sign of adversity, do not give up when the challenge meets you, meet the challenge. Through perseverance comes the rewards, the rewards that make life so enjoyable.
Seize the day, trusting little in the future.
if you want something, go after it. if you want to screw someone over, look DEEP in your heart and realize Karma is a bitch

Pchick-
There are plenty of good dudes in Derangeo, undergrads at Fort Liesure (/Loser), not so much. You sound like you might be a little beyond most of them. Get out there and keep an eye out for the guys that have graduated and actually stuck around to make a life there. Avoid the trustafarians who moved there 'cause it's cool, don't even have a ski pass, and are gonna move back to texas or the midwest when they're done.
As far as Silverton goes I know some good guys up there too but actually living up there does something to you and I'm not sure it's good as far as relating to other people goes.
Bottom line though, there's nothing more attractive, or fullfilling than a life well lived. The rest will come...There's nothing better than sliding down snow, and flying through the air

PC, My good friend lives nearby, owns a killer pad, has a law degree but decided to be trustafarian ski bum and drive a cat for the hell of it, fight fires in the summer and he only has a mild case of crotch-rot! PM for details.
commonlaw, bringing people together since 2010.

BWAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Dude we're not homophobes, we just feel uncomfortable when you're chillin' with dudes in ski gear and wearing a towel for hours... Chicks DO rule, but not because you can connect about the saddest part of Steel Magnolias without feeling bad about crying onto your bitchtits on the chair. Don't worry, I still luves ya tho dood
OP, iz you fer cereal? Not being able to find a guy in the mountains is like saying you can't find white trash at Wal-Mart. They're so everywhere it's oboxious. With chesticles like that, you must be going to gay bars or something if you can't find a guy worth your time. I mean really.
Worrying is overrated. Just be you and you'll trip over the right person when you're just doing your thing and least expect it. Until then, I'd look into a rabbit or something.

According to the women I know in Truckee--meeting men in mountains easy, meeting men with a future (or even a job) hard.

Post pictures. Any pictures will do, the sexier the better, but anything will work. Just post some pics.

Really?! I've definitely never noticed a shortage in good-looking athletic men at most of the mountains i've been to (actually, more often than not is a sausage fest). Plus, as a girl who proclaims to get at it, finding a male friend should be as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.
The thrill of the hunt is definitely worth a little chase, but i wouldnt track ANYONE down for 3 miles....too much work and obviously not enough interest on their part... just move on to the next one
