Sweden. We love you. Until June 1, 2010, we are offering a limited edition Wailer 112RP, the Swedish Edition. The Swedish Edition 112RP features one true yellow ski, and one true blue ski (as a pair). The Swedish Edition is available for pre-order until June 1, 2010.

Implies Swedish color available in Hybrid????

Can DPS confirm please since I ordered Hybrid
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

No. Pretty sure custom colors, including swedish ed., are for the pures only.

June 7th more like. I shall be placing mine at the start of next month, though I must say the daily devaluation of sterling is painful. Never seen such poor exchange rate against USD

The below offer is valid until June 7, 2010:

10/11 Pure: Carbon+Nano skis featuring S.S. technology are 15% off next year’s retail price of $1199, which means $1019 after the discount.
10/11 Hybrid: Fiberglass+Carbon+Bamboo skis at 15% off next year’s retail price of $729 to $799, or around $600 depending on which Hybrid model you choose.
Pure skis only are eligible for free custom color choices if you pre-order by April 18.
Flex 3 skis will be available for order until April 18. Afterwards, only flex 2 skis will be available.
Normal Shipping charges apply: $40 to North America, $130 to EU/Global.
Skis will ship as soon as they’re in stock: that means mid-July for some models, with remaining models completed by mid-October. Free shipping applies anywhere in the world if you order three skis or more.
$500 is required upfront for Pure and $300 upfront for Hybrids. Your remaining balance will be charged shortly before your skis ship.
Get your spot in the lineup now. To place your pre-order, visit the ‘Skis’ section in the DPS online store to order.

Stopping me making a DPS purchase. Just not justifiable by the time shipping is taken in to account.

    FKNA dad!

Now all we need is for DPS to man up and make that manly 200cm version.

I think we have a great amount of orders already - not the 25 pair they were looking for, but half that in the states at least.

Mike says it's not looking promising, unfortunately. But I figure it's worth a shot. The 149cm running length suggests it'll ski about 10cm shorter than it measures compared to other DPS skis (it's about the same as a 180 cassiar 80 or wailer 95 would be), and it's 15cm shorter than my 190 Moment Rubies, so I figure I won't have any problem making them turn. But really, my hope for the 200s is to have a little longer turn radius, more than float.

Question - do skis being shipped to canada get slammed with import duty or is that included in the cost? I'm in the UK right now but if I get them sent to some friends in whistler I can go visit and pick em up.

Splat managed to ship to me without any charges on arrival... it's possible. I think they basically charge brokerage (which if you let UPS do, is like $70), plus GST.
