NAteski, thats tough news to hear. Heading out with the family at the end of March. As most of here, was hoping the slow season would rebound with some snow late.
Still trying to find out a long term forecast (guess) on the web. Not much out there. Big SKY page reports base about 40-66 thus far. Seems a bit generous given conditions this year, but im not sure. Hence this post.

Lots of rocks found today. My Gotamas are a little sore for sure. Groomers were in good shape at MLB, but that's not what I drove 1100 miles for.

*Bridger Bowl Ski Area is pleased to announce an early opening to the
2010-2011 season on Friday, November 26.*
Originally projected to open for the season on Friday, December 10, the
ski area, 16 miles northeast of Bozeman, Montana, will open Friday,
Saturday and Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, November 26, 27 and 28.
Hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, with all chair lifts except Schlasman's
scheduled to operate. Skier services will be limited, with full
services, excluding Jimmy B's Bar and Grill, available in the Jim
Bridger Base Lodge only on Friday. Restrooms will be available at the
Saddle Peak Base Lodge and the Deer Park Chalet. On Saturday and
Sunday, skier services will be available at both the Jim Bridger Lodge
and the mid-mountain Deer Park Chalet. The ski busses will not be
running, and no Playcare services will be available. Excellent early
season snowfall has provided a settled snow depth of 42" as of Monday,
November 22 at the area's mid-mountain weather station near the top of
the Alpine chairlift. After the upcoming three-day weekend, the ski
area will be closed on Monday, November 29 with another long weekend of
operations scheduled for Friday, December 3 through Sunday, December 5.
Regular season pricing will be in effect for this early opening, with
skiers and riders urged to be aware of Early Season Conditions including
marked and unmarked natural and man made obstacles. Uphill travel is
prohibited 24 hours a day during days of operation; backcountry
conditions exist with no ski patrol services while the area is closed.
