Any Hakuba mags need a hand running their lodge this winter?

I heard someone had a 3 hour wade through chest deep powder because he, um, forgot to take his skins before hitting some slackcountry and couldn't ski the flat exit... and didn’t know to use duck tape to attach fir tree branches to his bases.
Life is not lift served.

Haha, bottomless flat runout. That must have been an exhausting. Looks like a good start to the season in Hakuba.

LOL Hohes it wasnt 3 hrs it was 1 hour to the dot! 12:21 start traversing and 1:21 out. Had no duck tape to attach to anything. That 300 meters was pretty much hell but.... All that work paid for itself the very next day!
PS I knew iwas in for hell! It just figured it would be 30 to 40 minutes.
Great that Mick had just finished his driveway for the 2nd or 3rd time too, cause I got an I owe you beer!
What is your cm tally on the storm hohes?
Some more pics
Soft landings are good
slash
better turns ahead
The lodge with snow
notice the chair in the back
Lucky us the patrol silently opened sakka and it was all ours for 2 hours!
Thanks boys!
Because it was so deep you really tried to avoid over turning. This guy
came in hot and was able to keep on flying!

No drinking for me, too hc-parties this weekend. Got my degree from school on Friday, in the evening there was good rap gig at one nightclub. Lots of beer and other stuff were consumed. After the gig, we had home party at my friends place. Woke up there saturday, the parties just continued, you know the normal finnish stuff, lots of booze and naked people dancing around and of course Sauna. At saturday night I found myself in same parties with dude from Dead Kennedys(don't remember what he was doing at Rovaniemi) and then back to friends place for party after clubs closed. I still feel bit hangover.
So sorry, no deal on pre-powder day drunkness

Happo was basically empty on Fri all day. I only skied it from around 1pm on, but it was a ghost town - nobody on the slopes all day. Sat/Sun it was busier, but nothing to worry about cuz its such a big mountain and plenty of freshies to be had. I couldnt believe the trees opened in just 2 days days. SICK!!!
