Twelve Days of Christmas Workout
Done just like the song (and for time).
1 45lbs dumbell squat clean and jerk
2 225 lbs deadlifts
3 145 lbs benchpress
4 40 lbs kettlebell swings
5 burpee pushups
6 40 lbs kettlebell slashers
7 run up and down two flights of stairs
8 medicine ball slams
9 dips
10 box jumps
11 pullups
12 95lbs thrusters
I thought I was going to die on the 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 set.

Heh, the only ones I am physically capable of doing are 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11. I'll be happy when I can just do an unweighted squat...
Shouldn't those also be a % of your 1 RM, since I'm assuming this is some sort of guide people are expected to follow.
Am I right in thinking this is what you end up doing?
