Mmmmm, Moonshine, last time I saw Chip was after dropping Sluice hanging at lunch rocks w/ JB and crew in 08[I think] Prob. should have listened to ML and just gone for it.

What is happening in WV right now definitely meets the criteria for a Goat Rodeo:

The term 'goat rodeo' refers to a chaotic event where many things must go right for the situation to work.
"... Enjoy yourselves, keep your brain in your head and your head firmly attached to your body, the body active and alive, and I promise you this much: I promise you this one sweet victory over our enemies, over those deskbound people with their hearts in a safe deposit box and their eyes hypnotized by desk calculators. I promise you this: you will outlive the bastards." – Edward Abbey

It's awesome to have mags journey to my home mountains in time of hard-gained potential stoke. Makes me proud.

I hope that this snow sticks around. Knowing that that won't be the case, I think it will be almost as good to have the snowpack boil down to 4-6" of bulletproof for a season long fkna base. That will work just fine.

I hear you man. I hope November stays cold so this snow can impact the base for the rest of the season.

Great thread.. can't wait to see the action shots from today!

Hopefully the precip stays all snow up there today... I see they're calling for the chance of freezing drizzle / rain showers.

Wait...mass and coastal NH is now the mid-atlantic?
    I'm confused.

Glad to see everybody got out there. Great storm to forecast. Totally fun to see develop.
