Our Order Analysts would have caught that 10 pair order before it shipped, FYI.
They are on top of their game, that's what they do.

This really is a great place for discounted stuff instead of having the "outlet" just as Particle stated.

seems selfish to me but hey, i'm just one person.
you may seem similar prices on other "outlet" type places, sure, but it's a good place for us to put our stuff at this point.

the way its set up now is pretty dumb. here's my tip, scrap the 1 in 10 orders is comped (has anyone gotten this yet?), and scrap the random useless free gift idea. instead, give people a random discount on their order after they click to pay they get 0-5-10-25% off. all it has to do is average out to a 10% discount across the board which is what your 1 in 10 does if it's truly random. and instead of the random gift idea which usually seems to be something people don't want or need and will have to give away or throw on ebay, give people a list and let them choose an item from it. or better yet throw out the free gift thing, discount that gear you obviously can't sell even more and use the proceeds to fund bigger random discounts 5-10-25-50%. then you definitely won't have anyone complaining..
