^^ yah, too bad somebody tracked it all up with a goddamn sled.

So, 60cm over the next few days. Winter is back.

Today was yet another beautiful sleeper day. There's stashes to be had where the crust can't be touched ... mm.

That's all the tracks there were after 8 days of no fresh. I hate to say it but Whistler slackcountry probably looked worse than that.

I'll be there early saturday and I'm considering taking the day off Friday as well if anybody wants to meet up.

Does anybody know if we still need that sea2sky pass?

    No pass needed.

Feel free to shoot me a PM, I'll be with a pretty massive crew of uni students, so if you come with, you'll find someone to ride with.

I'm pretty sure UBC will be well represented on the mountain tomorrow.

Did Whistler get hit by the same storm as Shames? 48 cm mid-mountain in the morning, 55 by days end.

Of course this fell on 88 cm of base at the lower lodge in the worst winter on record, but hey, a half metre is a half metre.
I have the El Nino blues.

Today was insane!! There was tons of pow on the ground when they rang the bell at the FT breakfast, and then it started puking and didn't stop until the sun came out around 3. Goods to be had on every lap and balls deep in spots.

Harmony opened for a bit as did a T-bar, but closed when it got windy. Speaking of winds they were intense!! I imagine it'll take a while to get the alpine open tomorrow.
