Latest update looks guuuuud.
SNOW LEVELS WILL DROP TO AROUND 3000 FEET BY FRIDAY MORNING AND STEADY PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO SHOWERS AFTER MIDNIGHT. 5 TO 11 INCHES OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE OLYMPICS AND CASCADES. LESSER AMOUNTS ARE FORECAST FOR STEVENS AND SNOQUALMIE PASS WHERE 2 TO 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO INITIALLY WARMER TEMPERATURES FOR SNOQUALMIE AND SOME PRECIPITATION SHADOWING OF THE AREA NEAR STEVENS PASS. THE VOLCANOES MAY SEE LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...WITH PARADISE AND MOUNT BAKER MORE LIKELY FALLING IN THE 8 TO 16 INCH RANGE.
ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL AFFECT THE AREA FRIDAY NIGHT
THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING. WITH SNOW LEVELS REMAINING NEAR OR BELOW 3000 FEET THROUGH THE WEEKEND...A MORE WIDESPREAD SNOW EVENT IS LIKELY. 10 TO 20 INCHES OF SNOW COULD FALL OVER THIS TIME PERIOD. SHOWERS WILL TAPER OFF SATURDAY NIGHT.Living vicariously through myself.
