Brett, you've seen em, and id say both of em are fully "fuuucked". But if you want one, of both their yours.

Under further inspection...

1 ski is missing a foot and a half of edge from the tip down, fully separated tail. The other has about 8 inches of exposed edge, which is pulled out about 1cm away from the sidewall. Exposed edge all over that ski actually.

I'd say give a tune, maybe a hotwax and they are good to go.

So I just busted the binding of my rock skis. Anyone got one demo binding they are willing to part with? Since they are my rock skis, I'm not all that concerned about matching with my existing binding, just something to keep my boots on the boards. In fact, it doesn't need to be demo, but would prefer so I can keep the weight relatively the same.

So I came across these and couldn't say no, although I have no real use for em. I was thinking about giving them to my crazy friend to make a snow-kiting death contraption out of, but thought I'd see if anyone here needs one first.

...or both! Here's a funny thing: altough they are nominally different sizes, holding the two up together reveals that they are almost exactly the same length and sidecut - seriously you'd have to measure em with a micrometer to tell em apart; the only diff is the tip on the XX sticks out about 1cm more. So if you wanted to be ghetto you could mount them up as a pair, if you don't mind the funny looks you'll get. Don't know if they'll flex the same, and of course it'll void your factory warranty ;-)

Here's an idea: get a can of gloss black spray paint, stick a few heli-skiing decals on em, and tell people they're custom made by a guy in Alaska...

How about both for $50 + S&H...?

update - condition: the plastic is cut and water got in so the edges are rusty, but should be OK - if I have time I'll clean/sharpen and see how deep it goes

update - deal: I was holding onto a pair of Salomon S710 bindings that I got a sweet price on to put on my Scream Limiteds, but went with another ski, so these are up for grabs.

How's about $50 for the bindings shipped, or same price for one ski + 1 binding shipped? (Lower 48 only)

I have feedback on ebay as dluber1. Local pickup in SF east bay.

Update: sold the XX and the bindings, $20 + S&H for the Axis of Evil
