I'm really surprised no one wants Titans. Do that many people have proforms or has no one had a chance to try them on?
I can't believe you are a rando racer because I look so much better in Lycra than you.

I just ordered a pair to try on, no place local to fondle them in my size. Hope to be adding a pair on your list.

If finding a place to try them on prior to Nov 1 becomes a problem and I have significant interest, I would consider postponing the deadline.

I'm in for a set of Dynafit Vertical ST with 110 mm brakes.

Damn you TGR and group buys, there goes another few hundred dollars from my wallet.

i'm gonna try at least some dynafit boots on first, even if it's the zzeus'. Titan looks like a great boot...

Just an FYI in response to any hesitance about titans:

they are the exact same boot as the Zzeus just stiffer. I skied the Zzues all last season inbounds on Goliaths, and in/out of bounds with FT12s on Coombas. I was impressed. I switched to an alpine powerwrap after a few days and found it stiffened the boot AND made it fit much better. Although the Zzeus allows more forward flex than I prefer, they were excellent laterally and able to handle most terrain at moderate to fast speeds. When skiing very fast I would want my fulltilts or langes. I bought them unseen and was concerned they were too narrow after trying them on without molding. I have wide feet (about 105 mm and a size 13 street shoe) and high arches and ski boots tend to give me 6th toe issues. But with the intuitions they feel downright comfy. I have about a one finger fit behind my heel. I am switching up to titans this season. I am so stoked that there is finally a touring boot that can handle serious business, and I intend to put it through the paces. I will review once I've skied them but I am pretty sure they will kill. They fit a wide footed, tall, unbalanced, aggressive skiing kid and I bet they outperform the green machine any day

I will be adding my name to the Titan list, as soon as I determine my size like others. I will be able to do this before Nov 1st. Thanks for the group buy!

^^^ yup, marmot mountain works has them in stock. Ask for Paul there. I don't know where else to look for them, but it is possible another shop has ZZues though. Call sun valley ski in san mateo, but only the owner there knows anything useful (can't remember his name).

    thanks

I think this could be relevant to people considering Titans, so I'll go ahead and post here: Are the Titans much wider in the heel than the Factor? I really like that narrow heel/wide forefoot, does that describe the Titan? I will try and find a pair (or Zzeus' as mentioned above) to try on, but just looking for any info at this point...

My two cents (which is worth about that much). I have a very narrow heel and a wider forefoot. The Factors fit me almost perfectly and the Titans perfectly. I don't know what the difference is. It could be related to the toe box size. The Factors feel good in the forefoot but they pinch down too much around my toes.

I felt the Titans fit very differently than last year's Zzeus. Without the liners molded, last year's Zzeus felt like sliding my foot into a board. There was absolutely no last. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised that the Titans fit.

    Titans

Adimmen, thanks for getting this going. I may get in touch with you about Titans, I'm trying to find a pair to try on before I commit as well. Remarkably difficult in Boise. Anyone in town have a Zzuess (or Titan) in a 26 I could try?
    Thanks again Adimmen.
