Level 9 sports has some of those height/weight guides on their site since they seem to specialize in the beginner/kiddo market. Good to get you in the right ballpark.

    Awesome!

For helmet/goggles, we bought an integrated set (Smith with "tractor beam") that works really well.

Some other random advice: Shredder in Boulder is a cool place to get them familiar with basic skiing concepts. One thing we learned from Shredder is an alternative to hula hoop or harness: putting webbing around their ankles and following them with that. You can perfectly control their speed, but they don't get any bad body position habits from the speed control device. We still like the lucky bums harness for the handle, but we never used the harness straps.

Looking for snow pants for both 2 & 3 year old as well as some snow boots (to play around in the snow with) for both (sizes 7 & 8) and maybe even a jacket for the 3 year old that's somewhat waterproof. PM or post if you have anything.

    Much appreciated!

Got two pair of skis to sell.

80cm Atomics, no bindings, drilled 1.5 times. Still plenty of room to mount. Pretty nice ski. I've seen three different kids learn on these and do a great job. I think the side cut is just about right for littles. $25 plus ship.

110 Volkl G3, no bindings, drilled once. Lots of mounting space. Straighter side cut, kind of like the old adult g3. Worked great as a ski cross ski for one guy. My guy won't likely use this ski. $20 plus ship.

I also have Lucky Bum strap on skis. $15 plus ship.

Got a 3 year old I'm going to get out this season and with his little sister a few years behind figure its time to start collecting gear. He is a 8 toddler shoe size so I think that puts him at like 14ish mondo. Probably needs some little 70cm skis maybe a little longer. Not sure it makes sense to ship this stuff as shipping can be expensive but does anyone in Colorado have stuff they are looking to pass along. Around Golden but make frequent trips up to Summit and could arrange a swap. PM me if you have anything. thanks.

I've got the following stuff we no longer fit into...sorry for the effed up photos...I cannot get them to orient correctly...I will gladly email pics if requested...pm me...

Smith Upstart Jr Helmet – Size: Y/M 53-58cm – White
This helmet has seen a rough life cosmetically but it is still very sound and safe. There is a crack on the visor (fixed with black gorilla tape). The Liner is in pretty good condition.
I'm thinking $20 plus PP fees and shipping

Bomber Atomic old-school kids skis - 120 cm with demo-style adjustable binders. Also have some short poles to go with them. $50? Local Seattle-area pickup preferred but will ship if you think it's worth the shipping.

I have some stuff in the basement if you're in seattle. several pairs of junior race skis SL 145-sh, GS 170ish, a couple pairs of smallish but high quality boots (kryptons, atomic race) in maybe 22.5-ish sizes. I really don't want to ship but if you're in need in seattle let me know and I'll get specifics. cheap for good groms!
