agree about the handle. The contortions that your kid can get into when they crash is amazing. I would just grab the handle, lift, and shake, and my kid's limbs would return to their normal position. The handle also helps when you're a terrified parent on the lift with them.

And I quite enjoyed using a hockey stick with my kids. Hold it out to the side and they can hold on a la a handle bar. When they get adventurous and let go and start speeding away, you can hook them to slow them down or gently take them down before they take someone else out.

I used a voile strap around my ski poles and put these on my thighs so my daughter can grab. It forces her hands out front and she skipped the snowplow. Highly recommend it. She dropped the poles and is off skiing blues parallel.

did you ever find anything? Or does anyone else have any? Costco had some cheap lightweight base layers which we picked up, but something heavier (or even lightweight fleece) for the cold ass days at Eldora would be helpful.
