Hey all, for your bitty powder hounds, I offer you the most progressive grom pow ski ever! At 99 underfoot, they sure do float. Not my listing, but I took a 99cm pair of these, pulled the fruitboot binder and mounted up some Comp J's set back a bit. My 7yo rocks these things on deep days. I've been thinking of doing a little home rocker job on them, too...

My son is in a ~size 10.5 kids shoe (age 3.5). We're in AK so we're planning on just renting skis or looking local since those seem to get replaced yearly but

does anyone here have kids snowshoes sitting in a corner somewhere?

They'd be sweet for winter hiking and are pricey new. Will pay shipping and the everlasting gratitude of a happy kid.

    Thanks.

WTB: kids size 2-3 ski boots.

checked the kids gear and I need size 2-3 boots, also in the market for some 120-130 girly skis. Her out grown stuff will have to be passed on by her little sister before I post em up here. I do have a pair of 70cm karhu kaboom xc skis I want out of my house. So yours for the price of shipping, or free in Seattle.
    edit: karhu are gone.

If you can measure her feet in mm, I'll see what I have around. I honestly don't remember what street shoe sizes correspond to kids mondo point.

Her foot is 220mm, her old boots are 240mm BSL. The charts I can find on the net say size 2 is 21 mondo, so 21 or 21.5 would work?

220mm is a 22 mondo. Especially with a growing kid, I wouldn't do a suoer tight shell fit.

I think that I have a pair that should work, but they're at my house in Tahoe, and I won't be there for a couple of weeks. I'll check then, though. In the interim, if you find anything that works, go for it.

Oh right. Yeah, those are probably the ones (assuming it's BSL rather than interior) that I was thinking of. Hard to keep track.

Otto, if I'm not mistaken, I think that I have a pair of baby blue Lange Comp 50s in the next step up.

It's that time of year out with the old in with the new. Just put my son into a new setup for this season. However I have several items that were passed on to me and would like to do the same.

All items do not include shipping if required.

    Boots - 17.5 aka kids size 10 - Found a new home.
Helmet - UVEX Kids Helmet Small 55-56 No major dings or dents (well traveled and decorated) - Found a new home.
Scott Mittens - These are toddler Large; it was hard to find a good (warm) mitten for four/five year old - Found a new home

Kids "Après ski" Boot - Generic snow boots Size 11 - Free

Kids Alpina 80cm skis - Found a new home
Columbia Bugaboo 2-in-1 Fleece and "Hard Shell" Jacket - Clean no stains rips etc.. just Nikwax tech washed - Size 4/5 - Found a new home

If you have any questions or you’re interested drop me a PM if you’re in Colorado within a reasonable distance from the Front Range area more than happy to meet up. If you’re outside of the Front Range I'll be happy to ship at your expense. I'll update the thread as things go, however after Thanksgiving I'll be taking these to my local Savers.

Starting to look for the tiniest ski boots available. Any for sale or at least some info on what I should be looking for? We're hoping to get the little one on snow this spring.
