    Sweet!

If you push down to pick up a little speed, you can make some really nice GS turns.

Oops, forgot to mention keys Left is left, right is right, down increases speed, up slows down.

I've added a preliminary jump to this one... I doesn't quite work perfectly yet, but you guys can play about with it. When in the air, press Space to x-up.

    'ave a go, joe

Updated version. This one includes some couloirs and a double-stage jump If anyone wants to make some non-shitty graphics for this I'd appreciate it

    edit : links are useful

In preparation for the 'working' week... I've made the graphics slightly better, given the skier BroModels and done better terrain design.

Left & right keys for left and right
When in the air, space makes your skis x-up
using left and right in the air performs a sort of lincoln loop
The far right couloir can be entered around or over the rock, and on the last right turn of the couloir you can jump over the rocks.

    Work hard

I'm spending far too much time on this... now with glades - if that's you thing - or the version above if you like big clean slopes.

    Feeling gladed?

edit : I've added a 'dump' button to delete all tracks - as all of the trees and tracks will end up slowing down the game.

edit 2 : made the gameplay a bit better - the skier now skis over his tracks (not under them ), the rotation when linolning is reduced and trees are less sensitive to being hit.

    Angry

    Nuts.

Much like my real-life skiing, I'm stuck in another fucking tree well.

Just starting work on a multiplayer version (i.e. everyone on the same slope from around the world) so don't expect much updates soon... Hopefully will have something working tonight - but pesky work and stuff could put a stop to that.

I had some wicked cool tracks but am too much of a dweeb to know how to post a pic of them.

I'll try and get it done as soon as possible... Only problem is that it's much more technical than the current game, and I've never done anything like this before I may have been a bit optimistic in my original estimate, but by Thurs at least I reckon (For something where you see everyone else going down the slope, even if they're not exactly leaving tracks quite yet ).
