nice tr, but you could probably leave the part out about ripping on mcclean because he probably hiked this line solo faster than you guys skied it, and before the sierras were even discovered by modern explorers.

No, it took us a couple of hours to boot it, but then again we were going up through 5' of sub 5%. It was the deepest run of my life.

And Cody, they are 167's not 168's. I wouldn't be caught dead on something that long.

Super cool video and great skiing.

I would never mean to rip on McLean, that guy is awesome and I follow all the shit he does religiously. The guy is bad-fucking-ass, it was just meant to highlight a different style of skiing.

edit- and there is the man himself. that shot is nuts!

that was a really nice POV vid.

I know nothing about snowshoes - what is a "Vertical Ascender Snowshoe"? A search yields no useful links. Are you talking about a set of these?

Sick POV Cody, that was insane. I think you/that line has eclipsed Ian MacIntosh's opening line in Anomaly, as one of my favorite ski lines every shot. Well done man. Can't wait to see more. Thanks for the stoke.

That pencil line movie clip made me grin and laugh from top to bottom, it just kept going! Full of win.
