    mid quiver-consolidation:

    touring quiver:
    BMT90 177 w/Vipecs - love these
    BMT109 176 w/Vipecs - great as well
BMT122 186 w/Vipecs - bloody amazing (also use these in the resort on deeeep days)

travel skis: (yes, I got a bit carried away in creating this segment, but I had the Tectons and really wanted to try the 50/50 layup, so...)
    ON3P Woodsman102 182 50/50 layup w/ Tectons
    ON3P Woodsman110 182 50/50 layup w/ Tectons

    Resort specific quiver:
    ON3P Woodsman 96 182 w/Castified Pivots
    ON3P Woodsman 108 182 w/Pivots
ON3P BillyGoat110 182 - to be mounted with Pivots (or Cast if I decide to sell the wood116s)
    ON3P Woodsman 110 182 w/Castified Pivots
    ON3P Woodsman 116 182 w/Castified Pivots
ON3P BillyGoat116 asyms 184 - will probably get Pivots - might be different enough to BG118s to warrant keeping both, quite a bit stiffer
    ON3P BillyGoat118 182 w/Castified Pivots

    princess quiver:
    BMT90 163 w/ Atomic Backlands
    BMT109 166 w/ Salomon MTNs
BMT122 176 w/Vipecs (the pair I've had the longest in my current quiver -they are freaking awesome)

The plan is to sell my wood108s, wood116s and BGasyms after trying them back to back with the new skis, but time will tell what happens.

I got rid of all my Shifts. I enjoyed how they skied, but got tired of them - in no small part due to the Shift thread that simply bugs the shit out of me - and wanted something with a smaller heel footprint to free up the underfoot flex. I had all the Pivots and Cast kits on the shelf, so easy swap to make.

So yes, the whole consolidation part in the Consolidation Quiver is a mixed success thus far.

Just mass-related things. DW goes through stuff better than the DWT. DW isn't a super heavy ski though--I'd put a 300g binding on the DW before putting a resort binding on the DWT if that makes sense.

Yeah, makes sense. Sounds like I should be able to tell if I click with the deathwish magic or not even if it is the tour version at the resort. Thanks.

for sure, ripping chair laps too fast on the light ones is what motivated me to get the regular version

The rest are just for the nostalgia, but I’d like to get some bindings on the 189 Vicious and 184 Legend 105s. Tacoma built Billy Goats, Jeronimos, and Wrenegades on the far right.
I still ski the the 189 vicious a few times a year still a solid performer

Slight addition. Faction thirteens got here today. No need to remount pivots, very happy about that.

Ps: tips on slow moving skis much appreciated.

Yup - exactly - 142-114-130 - becomes a "plus" when you go up to the 192. Gains some weight as well. This one is the first gen graphene build from folsom which is mostly designed as a touring upgrade but they offered to put it into a this build at a bonkers low cost so i went with it.

Will do - absolutely. The SRC primary is one of my favorite skis of all time. Especially in soft snow, but quite fun on mixed and hardpack too. Wanted something more excessive for inbounds chop and pow.

Man, good stuff, thanks! Super interesting article, would definitely like to hear how you like em. There is a Folsom thread here somewhere, be super cool to hear your thoughts after you get some time on em!

Rip- how you like the Stance over at T-ride? Stable enough for Mach nuts on bushwhacker?

Interesting that the mount points are so close across those four skis, are they all on the line?

Maybe 0.5cm back on Rens and GPO. 1 to 1.5cm back on Ranger. Q labs on the line.

The similarity is more striking if you line them up to contact point/effective edge. Katanas were right there too.

My somewhat coherent Eastern Canada/VT quiver:

    - Salomon X-Drive 8.8 FS w/ PX15s - bad conditions hard snow
    - Head Monster 108 w/ PX18s - probably daily driver
    - G3 Sendr w/ Shifts - backcountry. I will probably swap out for a lighter binding once I'm able to try one I like.
    - Blizzard Bodacious w/ PX18s - "powder" ski

Do you have inserts in the Aurelian Ducroz pro models? Or do you just have a pair of those sitting around... If so I know a guy who would probably take them.

    Very nice, sir.

    Help me out; I don’t follow on3p too closely….

    I get the SG=SuperGoat. What’s MB?

ETA: nevermind, mindbenders. Thought there was another SG-looking on3p ski next to your mindbenders, but those are just super goats for reference. Got it.

Every time you post the FFF’s I get a little sad I sold them.
