Nice line up. Not much adjustment needed there, like zero adjustment

If I lived in the Rockies I'd have a fatter touring ski and a metal carver, but this covers the coast well I think.

It's a new addition, too, so TBD whether the concept works out... plan is to use it for bootpackey sidecountry spots with the bg108t. Don't really want to tour much with it due to limited ROM vs the Tecnicas, but the fit and flex are solid w/ powerwraps and they're light. Southback at Crystal, the Arm at Baker, Ridge at Bridger, Fantasy R at Solitude, Silverton... etc.

I am fucking stoked with this lineup. Haven't yet skied the woodsies or the white customs but expectations are high.

    Cheers everyone. Snow is falling!

Fucking SWWEEEEET lineup!!! Really dig those 108t’s!! Super excited to hear how you like em!

It'll be interesting to hear how you like them. I thought they skied very very well for their weight when I demoed them, feel and power was on par with the xt130. And right out of the box they probably fit my foot the best of any boot I've ever tried. But the price was never right.

    Nice selection you have there.

I politely pointed out to him that in the n+1 equation, a Protest or Lotus 138 would be a good addition.

i've had a couple 125mm but don't need em here. this is a pared down stack, having sold like 7 pair last year... keeps the spousal brownie points available for other follies.

ok i admit to having nearly bought kusalas and protests this fall.

    N+1, always.

Incidentally, my N+1ing this summer has lead to a Protest (which I've had for a while) and L138 situation.

I'll get a family photo soon.

I think the only ski I really regret selling is the 202 lotus 138 I had. I'm not sure who ended up with those, but if you're reading this and want to sell them back, I am listening.

I’ve got a pair of Protests with your name all over them

Spousal brownie points are very important too.

I had a similar thought as yours with the Atomic boots for skiing at home, but I found I just kept grabbing my Head Raptors over my Lange XTs. I’m going to try again this winter with a new pair of boots, and see if I can be more successful. The theory of dropping 500 grams is solid, just not in practice for me.

Lol. Those skis were awesome in deep untouched snow. They were the ultimate face shot machines!

I'm excited to get on them. They're 192 Pure 3 Spoons (the purple ones). Haven't gotten around to mounting them yet but planning on a fairly light tech binding as a deep day touring rig.

Don't think I'm going to be skiing resorts much this year.

    Left to right:

    • 191 ON3P Wrenegade, P14s: Might let these go, have a lot of overlap in this part of the quiver
    • 190 Moment Bibby, CAST: Resort DD, some slackcountry use, maybe travel ski if that happens this season
    • 187 J Masterblaster, P14s: Resort firm snow ski
    • 184 4FRNT Raven, Zeds: Touring DD
    • 186 4FRNT Renegade, CAST: Just mounted these. Imagining them as a resort/slackcountry pow ski but might end up touring on them more if I really click.
    • 192 DPS Lotus 138: Pow touring. Currently sharing bindings with the Ravens via inserts
    • 192 Praxis Protest, Shifts: No such thing as too many pow skis
    • 186 Blizzard Bodacious, Wardens: Running over Jerrys

Never enough pow skis I still regret selling my DPS Spoons. Looking at those 138s with Zeds makes me wish I still had them.

How do you like the Wrens? I had a similar pair a few years back, really liked the shape, but they were custom one offs built for Wren him self and extra extra stiff. I passed them on quick, just wasn’t a huge fan.
