I gather Owens & Co. must spend a bunch of time and effort - to say nothing about money - to make it possible for us to spend our days here. Pretty amazing. Thank you.
Change is good - right?A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Whoa, you can hold your cursor over a thread title and it tells you the first few lines of text.

Why are some thread titles bold and some not?
And in "Reply to thread" there is an option to use guided mode or enhanced mode, what does that mean? (I'm doing this in enhanced mode, so I may answer my own question).
edit: nope, I can't tell a difference between the modes. oh well.Last edited by iceman; 09-22-2004 at 09:28 AM. Reason: just 'cuz I wanna

I like it, these are snow colors...
edit: What I don't like, though, is that if I use the thumbs up icon for my post, it looks like I'm thumbing up my ass. That's no good..

For user galleries, I think you just go to the www.tetongravity.com site and click My TGR then go to gallery from there. If you want to link to a photo in the user gallery, you do the same thing as always...copy properties first and then paste in over here.
Easy enough w/ two browsers open but mebbe ONS can put a link to the user gallery on here. I always found I needed to have two browsers open to do that pasty thing anyway tho.

You can always lurk as a guest if you are shy...
And I think the little asterick that appears in the logged on users area just means that's you looking at the page. In case you forgot who you were.

Wow, this color scheme is about as boring and generic as it gets. Bring back the old board. How do I take a screenshot of the old board and put it here? Anyone? thanks

Well you'd have to have the old board around to take a screenshot of I think. You coulda used snaggit yesterday. But this is today (I think).
