Do you know how to add water to a heating zone?
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

Doesn't matter what he said to them. They hate him as much as the other side hated Shrub. It's devolved into complete irrationality.

because otherwise you're kids will grow up to be douchebags like yourself.

why are you asking this now? you should have been protesting the fact that the president was going to talk to children back when it was cool.

If the anti-BHO parents are true to form, they should exercise their parenting skillz and preach the exact opposite of what Barry said to counter this terrible infringement on the parent/child relationship. That'll show him.

No, because nobody was insane enough to think Bush was trying to "indoctrinate" their children. They would have made jokes about the irony of Bush telling kids to work hard in school, but that's about it.

If you really think it's such a shitty message, just tell your kids to dick around in school, cut class and never do their homework. That'll show that fuckin' Obama...

Can he say ANYTHING without people losing their goddam minds? Jesus Christ on a boogie board, what the fuck is wrong with you people? "Kids, work hard in school"... Now how is that so fucking bad?

I want him to say "The sky is blue" so retards can lose their minds over how wrong he is and how only communists say the sky is blue, etc. etc. etc.

I don't even like Obama but for fuck's sake, SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP CUNTING UP THE PADDED ROOM WITH YOUR FAGGERY! There's a special room where you assholes can jerk each other off all day long if you want. Use it for fuck's sake.

I don't like Obama but I see nothing wrong with that address. In fact, it's pretty darn good. Stay in school, work hard, prepare to succeed in life. OMG INDOCTRINATION!!!

I heard 13-yo my daughter came back from school today as a Marxist-Leninist thanks to Obama's so-called 'stay in school' speech. She even grew a beard and has taken to wearing a Che shirt (it's pink).

Assuming that you take that responsibility seriously, it's not really aimed at your kids, is it? It's aimed at the kids whose parents don't. And it's no skin off your back if someone else reinforces that message, is it? What's the fucking harm?

Sorry, I assumed that when Moeghoul said "Shrub" he was referring to Shrub.

I know about the GHWB speech that was contested by the Dems for using federal funds.

Here in Eastern Idaho, many parents threatened to keep their kids home today. Seems a little extreme to me, but whatever....

What did bother me, and not just a little, was this; Wife plays Bunko with 11 other women once a month on Thursday night. This was part of the conversations on Sept 3rd.

"Well you know, don't you, that Obama is going to change the pledge of allegiance, and ask the children on Tuesday to pledge allegiance to the Koran. I will not allow my children to hear or do that!"

My wife was dumbfounded, and had to ask if she had heard correctly. Another gal repeated what the first one had said.

Then my wife yelled, and very loud. 'BULLSHIT! What the hell is the matter with you people? I don't believe that for a second!" Stunned looks all around. Two other women sided with the wife and made it clear that the rest of them needed to pull their heads out of their asses.....

The wifey thinks she won't be invited again.....but someone needs to cry bullshit when it's warranted....

Blows me away that this kind of drivel is believed, and widely I might add, around here.

And my kindergartener son came home with a toothbrush mustache drawn on his upper lip in black magic marker, carrying a little paper swastika that he had carefully cut out of black construction paper.

    Mission accomplished.

I hope the Obama healthcare plan passes so we can have our kids indoctrinated into Muslim Socialism in the womb. That way our birth-certificate-less leader can focus on selling out the nation instead of wasting his time with such second tier programming tasks like videos.

My question to the resistance - those brave enough to keep their kids home from school today - what television programming did the kids watch today? Was it "on message"?
