I like to bust your balls about that, but damn impressive Buttah! I've been running dry mid-week for the most part. It's a good thing to do for sure.

Reset the tolerances and whatnot. Felt good, lost 5 pounds and feel fit. I’m going dry mid-week, that looks like a good plan. Still can’t get over the selection at the gas station in Westminster, VT. $13.99 for SOS!

I went dry for three days and that was enough. Lost 8 lbs.

SOS is $17.99 a 4 pack around here. People are freaking out over it. MMP brought me some a few years ago. It was damn good, but that's a little steep. I think I liked one of the others better. #23 maybe? It would be interesting to try it again next to some of the other NEIPAs that are coming out.

I like running the sessions in the summer. The Light is a mango sour. Another good summer beer.

By midweek, do you mean not drinking on Wednesday? I’ve been trying to go dry midweek too but there always seems to be a reason to grab at least 1 beer from the fridge one night during the week. I think I give the dry midweek a serious shot in June.

Startline Brewey, walking distance from my sister’s house. Good, not great, but it’s hard to be considered great these days.

Going dry mid week is the way to go. No beer or booze for me Sunday night until Friday afternoon. I'm down 15 lbs and those dank, hazy IPAs taste so much better when I crack one after work on a Friday.

That's been my plan. But playoff hockey is making it really, really hard.

    I quit drinking.

    100%

    It wasn’t working for me.

    I do miss the IPA

The weight gain is so real once you’re no longer a kid or young adult. I’d probably drop 20 lbs in a year if I just cut the drinking. I try and only drink if I’ve really earned it with a recent physical endeavor. Skiing lifts shouldn’t even count for that.

When I played football as a kid I was always trying to put on weight. Supplements, gym, eating, but nothing worked. Little did I know, a few IPAs every day would have been the solution.

Made a stop at NEBco today on my way to Philly.

Fuzzy Baby Ducks in the glass. Gandhi Bot in the growler.

Fuzzy lived up to the hype.

G-Bot will have to wait until tomorrow.

Yeah, that’s my favorite from the ‘chemist.
Local gas station had some Waimea Waves, went in for a breakfast sandwich and walked out with some of the best beer out there.

Focal is my favorite from them as well. Plus the sick art from Blakeslee.

Drinking one of the last Swish right now and it's so damn good.

Quite possibly the best sleeper beer available...there is a reason it is #1.
