Lonnie, don't be down on your shot. Really, really digging it.

No, it's not a christian rock concert but almost as bad. Swiss National Day concert with DJ Bobo. My 5 year old wanted to see it and the tickets were free. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3vL1-gWyHs"]YouTube - D.J BOBO CHIHUAHUA[/ame]

I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

Digging the tuba photo Sapp - I kinda wish the notes were more in focus since my eyes are torn between that and the engraving on the instrument. Not sure if the flash helps or hurts, but overall, I think it's a great shot.

I like this one a lot too, especially how the three people create the image - a lot can be taken from it.

No flash in that shot, just the overhead light (lighting in the room wasn't the best). Focus was actually on the valves, f22, 20 or 30 seconds. I tried a couple with a shallower dof and didn't like them as much.

And I really like Lonnie's third as well. Every time a look at it, it grows a little more.

Thanks guys. More about the shot after the MPC is over. One more peice for now tho, look closely at the shirt of the gentleman in the center, the monograming says, "Band Director"....

FWIW, I also had a tuba shot not unlike yours. It was under consideration. Will post that a bit later too....
