    If you got lots of it Rhubarb dehydrates and rehydrates well, cut it into 1 " chunks and thro in the dryer. had some great berry crumbles out seakayaking

    I trade in rhubarb with a family down the way who run a bakery. They make their fillings with it, and freeze to use all year in danishes and what not.

    In trade I get radical baked sweets and cow manure.
