    Look PX question...

Do you seriously need an allen wrench to adjust the DIN on the heel piece of a PX 18? There is no posidrive head in there... Truthfully, it doesn't look like much of a hex either...

Am I crazy or did I get some defective binders? Both heels are like that.

I'll have meatdrink9 do the lighting for the shot. He'll make it artsy as fuck."

They should have posidrive. Sounds like you may have some defective bindings.

Hmm... must be a fairly new thing. Not a bad idea, though... those things can be a bitch to turn up high.

My first gen. pairs have a posi drive, but they are a bitch to turn up. Perhaps that's why the switched to hex?

All the Pivot/ Axial bindings I have or have had (and there's been a lot) have had both the pozi and an allen key heel piece screw for the DIN setting (8mm IIRC).

All the PX/ Axial 2 bindings I have or have had (and there's been only a few) have also had both pozi and allen key, same as the old Pivot/ Axial.

I like the design, because it's hard to turn up the tension with the pozi -- much easier with the leverage of a big allen key.
