Dammit you guys are making me want to open a bagel shop just so there can be a good life in this town.

bread with a hole does not constitute proper bagel (Gibbs is the best to be had in this town and it makes me very unhappy).


Sesame bagel toasted, plain CC, tomato and basil.

Poppy seed still warm with butter only.

Egg bagel with jalapeno CC.

Lox tomato caper red onion fine sliced on plain bagel with CC.

Dammit.

funny, was thinking of the olive cream cheese, too.
Bagel shop in Stowe always had it. So good.
My aussie cattle dog managed to scarf down half a 16 oz paper coffee cup of it back in the day.
no idea why it wasn't in plastic but like a wheel of cheese, In was impressed she shredded thru the whole thing.
I must've spaced it in the console in my vanagon. Good girl. Delish, right ?
