    Missed Connections: Copper Saturday

You: Plaid Jacket, FatyPus, many mag related stickers
Me: Floral Puffy, Bros, otherwise incognegro

With my friends on the way to another lap on S lift, you said "Nice skis" and kept going. I said "Thank You". By the time I realized you were a mag it was too late to catch up without missing the lift.

I shouted "Change for a Nickel?..." as your jacket receded into the distance. The howling wind drowned out my question and my heart was crushed. Why didn't he ask for change in the first place?

Who is the mystery mag? I must know who you are.

My friend's daughter was racing and it was nice to see her take the podium in 1st place. 10 year old tween girls are cool. Otherwise, I probably would not have been there on the weekend either.

    Nice outfit!

Why? It's the least crowded place to ski in SuCo these days. Seems everyone bought the Epic Pass this year and Copper has been deserted...never wait in a line anymore?

    no kidding it was dead.

on Saturday we skied right onto the cat. no wait, seriously there were only 5 people in the cat, waited a few min and nobody else showed up. crazy for a weekend.

haha incognegro, didn't catch that at first. Sorry I missed out on skiing with the one, the only...

Always nice to put 'face' (honestly, back of jacket) to name.

Yes, it is less crowded. I usually go midweek and enjoy the place to myself. Now that the cat is not running midweek, I am surprised there wasn't more pent up demand for it on Sat.

ha, I had a "feeling" it was you, guess this JONG was a bit star-struck, and too much momentum on freshly waxed skis

and I did ask for change... well if you read the sticker
