    fighting for it

    I was hoping to shoot the bases of his skis from almost directly below as he aired the drop. Unfortunately, some rocks under the surface near the takeoff sent him over the handlebars...

    I grew up with this poster on my wall as a kid. taken at the bottom of the old chair at bousquet in pittsfield mass.

    years later, i was talking to a friend of mine here in bozeman and it turns out it's a pic of her dad.

    Hit a rock on Cardiac Ridge (lookers left of Thunderstruck) and threw me forward onto my face. Then the foot deep pocket I had triggered tried to push me down through the toothy chute. Not fun in the least.
