Intuition Liners Discount for Members - How it will work

I just finished ordering the first liners and I want to thank everyone who purchased them.

A few things I learned after round 1.

    1. It takes about 5-6 business day to get the liners here.

    2. The shipping is a fortune.

    3. I need at least 9 liners to make it work.

So, what I'm thinking we set this up as group buys. Every 9 liners, I place an order.

If anyone wants one sooner, I can do it but they will pay extra shipping.

Also, The price of $95 is too low. The shipping is more than originally quoted to me.

However, as a man of my word I will honor that $95 price on the next group buy but it will go up to $105 after that.

    So the prices will be:

All intuition liners except luxury liner: $105
    Luxury Liners: $125

    Thanks to everyone!

    Johnny

Last I knew, anyone here could contact Alison at Intuition and purchase liners directly. I paid $116 shipped for the luxury liner back in Oct.

    Old's Cool.

Seems like a good deal, but cmsummit is right, we've been able to get a better deal around here from Allison for some time now. I'm sure this will be a great deal for people on other forums, but you're not going to get much love around here.
I think that the human mind is unique among all other forms of life in that it can spontaneously create unique thoughts and provide unique behaviors. Instead of rewarding that uniqueness we, for some reason probably because of cultural and social necessity, we chastise unique behavior and reward conformity.

As Allison? (pretty sure that is who I talked to at the beginning of January) told me last time I tried to place an order, the TGR deal was 15% discount off their website price. They changed their policy late last fall. Didn't matter if I called in or placed it on the website. Shipping was $20.00 a pair. So unless Allison at TGR is saying one thing and doing another, I think the old TGR deal is dead. Reading through the last Intuition Group Buy thread, it seems like a lot of Mags were hearing the same thing. So you might want to do a little more research before you call out a new guy that is truly trying to help out the community.

Also i think Allison is no longer at Intuition. I tried through them, it would have been about $155/pair shipped. This is a good deal, if you don't mind waiting a bit.

I stand corrected. Last I heard the deal was still going, but it's been quite some time since I checked that thread. Thanks for posting up the correct info, I may be in for a pair at this price.

                Thanks for the support.

Allison has in fact left intuition. It is just Rob and Crystal.

Anyone interested just pm me and I'll start putting the next list together.

I'm also looking into faster shipping options.

Even $105 is a great deal.

I paid $164 for powerwraps using the TGR discount just a couple weeks ago.

                  Son of a.....!

Wow - those prices are dramatically different from the TGR discount (I paid $153 last week with discount on the website). The shipping was super fast though. So, no - the old arrangement isn't dead (and yes, Alison is gone). But is this a new group buy arrangement or what? Cause the old code still worky as of last week...

Did intuition ship direct on the old group buy?

Perhaps I could have a second price list with direct shipping that would still be less than the current discount.

I could see about getting fedex or UPS to pick-up and bring directly to you guys.

I'll do some homework this week and see what this does to the price.

Correct. The old 15% deal is not dead (but the older, better TGR deal is dead). However, this deal is much better and I believe it is not related to either of the previous deals.

I know it is definately not related to the two other deals since I wasn't.

If I can tweek this to go with direct shipping and keep the price within $10 could be a good thing.

                          I update tomorrow.

Check the group buy thread for all the original info, nothing has changed AFAIK for the 15% off.

This sounds like something completely different and is just a mag buying in volume to get a discount, which is cool. The original offer was direct from Intuition and they shipped direct. The discount was much steeper earlier in the season and on par if not below what is advertised here (and also in CAD) but they had to restructure the deal later on in the season because it was extremely popular, and I think some of the distros and retailers were complaining it was eating into their business.
