190cm sumos mounting

Does anyone have any feedback as to optimal mounting position? These are going to be my pow only skis (duh!) , I'm 6'3", 235 ,skiing hardfor 37years at Whistler.(45yrs. old ). Like it steep and deep.

I have the all black 190's and on the line is fine. With the nearly flat camber and long shovel, they float just fine.
