i dont know if you heard the commentary after when they recapped her run but the announcer goes, "she went huuuge on that last spin, she was over 4 feet out of the pipe and then got hung up on the lip"

edited to add: wtf is up with the shitty pop music. whatever happened to the days when the xgames were hardcore and the theme music was megadeath. now im not a hardcore or metal fan but that was a bit more believable when this pop shit.

i think i've got girl crushes on all of the women doing the superpipe - some more than others (yeah kelly clark not as cute). the gretchen fall looked horrendous...

i like torah bright though - very smooth run

Yeah i was surprised she didn't do at least one trick.

But hey i don't really know what i'm talking about - this is my first time watching x-games and i never ride the park. so in my very humble, jong-ish opinion, I liked Torah's run.

IMO Tanner got robbed of another gold.

Xavier Bertoni layed down three solid runs was consistent and maybe overscored on the second run but he was clearly the smoothest skier with no mistakes, and did some sick switch spins. go to espn 360 and actually watch the event.

Not to be a downer, but I really wouldn't get your hopes up based off that. Just because you see them on the skis of sponsored skiers does not mean they are coming back. Lots of pro skiers are using them on their skis still even though they are not being produced....

Some skiers have changed because they have had a difficult time finding them consistently. That was the reason given to me as to why Tanner Hall is no longer using the turntable bindings, but a lot of other people are still rocking them.

You can see tanner using different bindings in this photo.

That isn't to say I don't want the bindings back, either, I just would be hesitant to be excited for their return until something more certain presents itself.
