If someone was peeing on you, you would move right? If you were waiting to load and saw the seat was up, you would maybe step out of the way of it? It's not like those quads move through the damn loading area at a half mile per hour or anything.

IANAL, but i think the only way he doesn't have a case is if he lifted the seat himself.

Yep, 100% correct. Happened in public, pics are protected, no expectation of privacy... Didn't read the whole thread yet. Did anyone read "the smoking gun" article? I read it first and had a mental image, then saw the pics. The pics were so fucking funny! Two drops!!!
