Hopefully their insurer has a good sense of humor.

Paradise run opened at about 11:40, which I observed while downloading Griz. Bet it was fun but I'm choosing to believe that my skis are thankful.
Outstanding surfy 6-8 inches. Got like 7 LaVelle runs before bailing and they were all untracked hero skiing. Snow was about 10% water I'd guess, cushion for pushin.

The lineup was full... there must have been folks on it.

Perhaps a new failure mode than when the chair popped off at the top. From this photo below(found online), looks like chair came off prior to getting past the loading ramp.
Seems like the loading guide and first halo should keep it from swinging enough to uncrimp...plus riders feet should still be on the ground.
Will be interesting if Lavelle gets shut down for the next few weeks like in 2020...those lift ticket coupons I bought for xmas/ny are not looking like a good investment. Not to mention the lessons planned for the oldest kid.
