Nope, it's Spiker Communications, one of the bigger ad agencies in Missoula. They do shit for Teva, Paws Up, the Stock Farm, etc. They think of themselves as a big deal. And Wes Spiker is a noted douchebag.

The ad is just plain stupid, it has nothing to do with skiing and it's not even funny. I think Wes got punked by those so-called "ad people" he showed it to for approval. How could anybody with a brain not see this coming? Unbelievable.

They seem like a real piece of work, per their website.

Doubtful, the pass party is totally separate from their normal pass sale process.

Is anyone harvesting turns yet up high in "NW Montana?"

Supposedly people are skiing top to bottom on big mountain. Haven't been up there myself, and I'm sure they're sticking to lower angle terrain and rock skis, but with the snow forecast for the week, might be sort of ok pretty soon.

Upper elevations of the Missions likely got hammered judging by the snotel

I could see the most desperate being able to do that.
It's usually a decent place for pre-season turns, partly due to the fact that it's basically all-grass on the lower half of the mountain. Definitely remember November laps where the top half was money, but the bottom parts were true survival skiing.

The ski setup is an old pair of sticks that rarely make an appearance these days; only when base damage is pretty much a given. The bike setup is okay, but less than ideal. the wide tires are nice, but the small diameter wheels are limiting for riding in deeper ruts. The front shock on it is completely weak. It bottoms out easily and I can’t find a way to stiffen it. I wish it had a rigid fork instead. The motor gave me issues for the first time last night. It would slip when trying to go up anything steep, even though it has climbed steep grades without issue before. I am not sure if the cold and moisture had something to do with it yet or not. I would have done just as well on a non-motorized fatty. I purchased the e-bike primarily as a skiing access vehicle. It was about the cheapest one I could find and as usual, you get what you paid for. If there is a ‘next one’ it will have fat 29” tires, a more reliable motor, and possibly even 2WD.
