FS FT:'06/'07 k2 Pontoons (Excellent Condition) [pics]
Hello,
I have some k2 Pontoons 179cm that I am looking to trade for either:
k2 Pontoon 189cm
k2 Hell Bent 189cm
These skis are in excellent condition. I purchased them in the 2006/2007 season and shortly thereafter I shattered my humerus in a park accident. That season ending injury delayed their use to the 07/08 season where I was able to ride them in Kirkwood, CA for a majority of the season. They performed great but I am looking for a larger size ski. I am 6'9" and 200lbs right now and going up. These skis are feeling a bit short in deep pow. While they are nimble enough to let me tree ski, I have been looking for some more length where I can get it. No major dings, some minor topside-tip scratches, excellent base quality.
I have Solomon 916 Bindings (2006) on the skis with some modified brakes to allow the ski to stop should it come loose.
I'm interested in either another pair of longer pontoons or a pair of 189 Hell Bents.
I will either un-mount the bindings and trade the ski itself, or I can trade the total package for a similar setup. Pics below

Gaining bulk, not belly I will hope to not grow anymore.

Here are some pictures of the Pontoons in question. Because I have been very happy with the performance, I am only really interested in trading for 189 Pontoons or 189 Hell Bents. The skis are in great condition, and unless it causes some sort of issue, I would prefer to keep the Solomon 916 bindings because I intend to replace this ski with something of similar size.
Let me know if you want specific pictures of portions of the ski.

Bump.
Does anyone know of any retail outlets that still take used skis as a credit towards purchases?
I think sale prices will work for the skis, but I'll only really take it if I can end up purchasing another ski with that wad of change. As I mentioned before, great performance out of these.

Those 179s must come up to your tits. How did you think it would be a good idea to buy those?
