Dead Brownzilla
Cross post from my friend Doug on Bloody Decks. If I found this monster I would have hooked it's lip, chucked it back into the current and reeled it in.

For everyone wondering if brown trout over 10lbs. still exist in Crowley, here is the proof. The Upper Owens is full of big fish right now as we all know, but this brown was found by Sierra Drifter's guide "Two Bug" Doug Dolan while fishing on the Upper Owens. The fish was laying dead on the side of the bank when Two Bug spotted it from a distance. At first he didn't know what it was, but as he got closer he thought, "Is that a fish?" As he came up to it, he was blown away. Looks like a very old fish who used all his energy to swim up river for the spawn. Hopefully he was able to pass down his genetics before he went (I'm referring to the fish not Two Bug, who is still alive and kicking). Drop everything you are doing right now and go fish up there. Have Fun.
